Origin of the Battle of Pichincha

The Battle of Pichincha arises from the desire for liberation of Ecuadorian patriots. Since the domain of the Spaniards was very abusive.

Ecuadorians moved by the desire to regain control of their own land. They became independent from the Spanish forces.

And this act is commemorated every May 24.
